Univacco Cold Transfer Product passes deinking test

Univacco underscores its commitment to sustainability by passing a deinking test for its CF6 series of Sheet-fed Cold Transfer Products, which have been certified with the highest level of deinking by the International Association of the Deinking Industry (INGEDE).

Univacco explains that their Cold Transfer Products are designed to have an extremely thin metallized aluminum layer. During deinking, a part of the recycling process, substrates are sorted after the Transfer Products and inks have been removed. The results confirm that substrates applied to Univacco Cold Transfer Products can be easily sorted and recycled. Paper with product applied can be freely recycled into new paper or board material.
